About the start-up
StockRepublic, founded in 2019 by Fabian Grapengiesser, Adam Svanberg and Preben Rydin, is a B2B2C social trading app that offers private investors more guidance in their investment decisions. Users can link their portfolio to the app, share their securities portfolios, follow like-minded people, publish analyses and compare their portfolios with those of other users. neosfer invested in the Swedish start-up for the first time in 2021.
Cooperation with Commerzbank
With the social trading app hi!Stocks, comdirect offers a white label solution provided by StockRepublic that comdirect customers can use exclusively. To facilitate the cooperation, the start-up moved into the comdirect Startup Garage in 2021 and started a pilot test phase in fall 2021. The final product positioned comdirect as a pioneer among German banks in the field of social trading and won a DISQ “Financial Product of the Year” award in 2023.
