We are neosfer – Commerzbank’s innovation unit and early-stage investor. We firmly believe that the digital and sustainable transformation of financial services contributes to a future worth living. We want to actively shape this change with our three teams invest, build and connect.
To do this, we 1) identify exciting innovations in the market and support them with venture capital and experience (invest), 2) develop know-how and business models for new technologies (build) and 3) build an ecosystem around innovation, technology and sustainability (connect).
By the way: Since January 2023, we have been a certified B-Corp company with a B Impact Score of 83.9 – something we are particularly proud of!
Our history
With a team of four people, we launched in 2013 as the first early-stage CVC for FinTech start-ups in Germany with Commerzbank AG as an anchor investor. Today, more than 30 employees are working together to shape the future digitally and sustainably!
