#btt: Agentic Commerce

Agentic Commerce isn’t just a “chatbot with checkout”—it’s a true shift in roles: AI agents perform tasks autonomously, make decisions, interact with tools (e.g., forms, systems, workflows), and can even plan more complex processes. Developments in agent-based systems are advancing rapidly. Learn more at our next BTT in April!

Agentic Commerce: A True Shift in Roles Instead of a “Chatbot with Checkout”

AI agents perform tasks autonomously, make decisions, interact with tools (e.g., forms, systems, workflows), and can even plan more complex processes. Developments in agent-based systems are advancing rapidly as a result.

At the same time, simple, task-specific agents are already in use in many places, while highly autonomous agent ecosystems are still under development.

At our #btt in April, we’ll take a closer look at the status quo and the business potential of Agentic Commerce in (and for) the banking sector: Which use cases are realistic today? Where are the biggest levers for efficiency?

And how do we translate this effectively into banking reality—from customer service and fraud & risk management to compliance and regulatory reporting?

Look forward to an evening featuring three engaging presentations, discussion, and networking! We’ll announce our speakers shortly.
